Methods of Manufacturing

The dried hydrogen chloride gas was passed into the anhydrous ether solution of pyridine, the solid pyridine hydrochloride was filtered out, dried and suspended in pyridine, and the pyridine solution of sodium borohydride was added to react at room temperature. Then the sodium chloride precipitate in the reactant was filtered out, pyridine was distilled off under reduced pressure at 50°C, and an equal volume of anhydrous ether was added to precipitate unreacted pyridine hydrochloride. Filter and distill the ether under reduced pressure to obtain the finished product.
