Taking tert-butoxycarbonyl azide and glycine as raw materials, the crude product is reacted in dioxane solution, and then extracted with ethyl acetate and recrystallized to obtain pure product.
Used in the composition of drugs containing Ketoprofen, and Sodium hyaluronate as antiinflammatory agents.
