1. Direct esterification method is the main industrial process of ethyl acetate production line. Acetic acid and ethanol as raw materials, sulfuric acid as a catalyst for direct esterification of ethyl acetate, and then by dehydration, fractionation refined products.2. Acetaldehyde condensation method: alkyl aluminum as a catalyst, acetaldehyde condensation reaction ethyl acetate. Most of the foreign industrial production using this process.3. Ethylene and acetic acid esterification directly to ethyl acetate. Ethyl acetate can also be acetic acid, acetic anhydride or ketene and ethanol reaction; also in ethanol-catalyzed, two molecules of acetaldehyde generated by the reaction. In addition, industrial butane oxidation of acetic acid by-product ethyl acetate.
