Blue K Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2-aminoanthraquinone as raw material, after alkali fusion, sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide are added to dissolve, and then chlorine gas is chlorinated, and the finished product is obtained through crystallization, pickling, reduction and isolation, filtration, crushing and drying.

Uses

Reduced blue BC is used for dyeing cotton, viscose fiber, silk, vinylon, and cotton cloth. It has good levelness and affinity. It is also used for dyeing viscose cotton and Victoria cotton blended fabrics, and for preparing organic pigments.

SUBSEQUENT OXIDATION THEN PRODUCES INSOL COLORED DYESTUFF IN FORM THAT IS REMARKABLY FAST TO WASHING, LIGHT & CHEMICALS.
