Methods of Manufacturing

Take o-chloroaniline, p-benzodiquinone and 2, 5-dimethoxyaniline as main raw materials. After diazotization of o-chloroaniline, it is condensed with p-phenylenediquinone, and then reduced with sodium hydroxide, the ring is closed by the action of potassium hydroxide, and the carboxylation is carried out with carbon dioxide, and then with the participation of phosphorus trichloride, and 2 , 5-Dimethoxyaniline is condensed, then neutralized with sodium carbonate, distilled out chlorobenzene, and finally filtered and dried to obtain the finished product. The product requires a naphthol content ≥94%, and a melting point ≥213°C.
