Aniline-2,4-disulfonic acid Use and Manufacturing
It is derived from sulfanilic acid by sulfonation of fuming sulfuric acid. Put 20% fuming sulfuric acid in the sulfonation pot, slowly add dry p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid under stirring. The temperature is controlled at 50°C during feeding. After feeding, stir for 20 minutes, then heat to 60°C, keep it for 1 hour, and then rise to Incubate at 80°C for 1 hour, then rise to 100°C, hold for 1 hour, and finally rise to 128°C, hold for 5 hours, and sample for verification (take 2ml of the sample, dilute it in 40ml of distilled water, shake to make it completely dissolved, and obtain a clear solution). Stir at 128°C for 3h, then lower the temperature to 75°C to discharge, the yield is 98%.
Can be used as dye intermediate.
