Bicinchoninic acid Use and Manufacturing
Commercially available compound (III-1) (10 mmol, 3.44 g) is dissolved in 50 mL of SOCl2, and the reaction is heated to reflux at 80 C for 6-8 h. An anhydrous calcium chloride absorption device is installed above the condensation tube and is connected to the exhaust gas absorption. The device (alkali + buffer bottle), the reaction process was checked by TLC. After the reaction was completed, all the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to give a yellow solid. The yield was 85%.
