Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2, 5-dichloro-4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-aminopyrazole as raw materials, first diazotize the former and then couple with the latter to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing.

Uses

Acid yellow GR is suitable for dyeing wool, silk, nylon and wool blended fabrics. It is brilliant yellow. The leveling property is good and the discharge property is good. When used in the same bath dyeing of wool and other fibers, the silk stain is serious, the acetate fiber is slightly stained, and the cellulose fiber is not stained.
