C.I. Acid Black 60 Use and Manufacturing
Using 3-amino-4-hydroxy-N-methylbenzenesulfonamide and N-(7-hydroxy-1-naphthyl)-acetamide as raw materials, first diazotize the former and couple it with the latter. After the sodium chromium acid is complexed, filtered and dried to obtain the finished product.
Neutral gray 2BL is mainly used for dyeing wool and silk in neutral or weak acid dyeing baths, nylon dyeing in neutral or slightly alkaline dyeing baths, vinylon dyeing in neutral dyeing baths, and wool, silk and nylon fabrics Direct printing. When used in the same bath dyeing of wool and various fibers, the nylon is slightly darker, the silk is slightly lighter, the vinylon is lighter, the diacetate fiber is slightly stained, the viscose fiber is stained, and the cotton is not stained. It can also be mixed with neutral orange RL and neutral dark brown BRL; with neutral dark yellow and neutral pink BL to neutral khaki GL and so on.
