Emission Peak Action Plan by 2030
On October 26, the State Council of China issued the "Emission Peak Action Plan by 2030".
The plan puts forward the main targets for the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption, the improvement of energy utilization efficiency, and the reduction of carbon dioxide emission intensity. By 2030, the proportion of new energy and clean energy-powered vehicles will reach about 40% that year, carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP will drop by more than 65% from 2005, and the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will reach about 25%. By 2060,the goal of carbon neutrality was successfully achieved.
In order to promote the achievement of emission peak and carbon neutral goals, China will successively release key areas and industries emission peak implementation plans and a series of support and safeguard measures to build a emission peak and carbon neutral "1+N" policy system. China will continue to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure, vigorously develop renewable energy, and accelerate the planning and construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic base projects in deserts, Gobi and desert areas.

The wind power industry continues to be hot, and raw material prices are still high although fallen a bit
After the holiday, crude oil rose sharply during the holiday, which drove raw materials such as pure benzene to rise sharply. On the first trading day after the holiday, the raw material phenol/acetone rose sharply. Supported by the cost side, bisphenol A went up against the trend, and the focus of market discussions rose rapidly from 22,167 yuan/ton. Pull up to 24,200 yuan / ton. But the good times are not long, the downstream is weak to follow up. With the new equipment put into production and the East China auctions continue to fall, the market has entered an unstoppable downward trend. Up to now, the domestic bisphenol A price has been lower than 20,000/ton. Although the price fell back to fall, it still rose by about 50% from the beginning of the year.MORE
