Mitsubishi Chemical to acquire Gelest parent company
Mitsubishi Chemical America announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Gelest Intermediate Holdings, the parent company of American materials science company Gelest.
Gales owns Biosafe Antimicrobial technology, which can be used to produce products including catering towels and masks.
