FIC 2020 extended to 2021

Dear exhibitors, visitors and colleagues in the industry:

Recently, there has been another cluster of new pneumonia outbreaks in Beijing. Although government departments have discovered and adopted the strictest effective prevention and control measures in time, it is expected to control the spread of the outbreak in a short period of time and restore normal production and living order in society as soon as possible. However, there is still great uncertainty in the development of the epidemic, especially abroad. At present, the exhibition period is approaching in early August. If the epidemic situation spreads during the FIC exhibition, it will inevitably affect the normal production and operation of the participating companies and will cause serious losses to the entire industry. To this end, the study decided:

1. The FIC2020, which was originally scheduled to be held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center on August 4-6, will be extended to March 16-18, 2021, and will be held together with FIC2021.

2. We will properly do all the preparatory work for the postponement of FIC. FIC2020 booth fees and other fees will be postponed to FIC2021. If the exhibitor requests a refund of the booth fee, the organizer will also handle it.

3. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the extension of FIC2020 to the exhibitors. We are determined to work with the majority of exhibitors and industry companies, in the spirit of service-oriented exhibition concept, firm confidence and overcome difficulties. Strive to minimize the losses of industries and enterprises.
