关于ECHEMI平台询盘功能更新公告

为了更好的提供ECHEMI平台供应商的VIP会员使用效率以及网站平台的买家满意度，在抽样调查了全球8672个买家及网站在线VIP供应商的反馈意见之后，ECHEMI平台将在2月25日推出升级版询盘功能。旨在为用户提供便捷、易用、高效且安全的B2B平台。 

一、增加供应商用户使用便捷性  

关于店铺询盘：

店铺询盘的报价不再进行子账号是否有发布过该商品的判断，若收到店铺询盘，主账号可以将店铺询盘任意分配给其中一个子账号负责询盘报价跟进。

关于询盘通知：

将在询盘通知任务栏下分设“通知设置”

l 用户可以设定是否开启RFQ询盘匹配的通知，通知开启后实时生效（关闭通知期间不影响当前页面的询盘匹配）

l 此通知只影响邮件通知，微信端的通知需在ECHEMI的微信服务号自行设置

l 只影响RFQ询盘的配置，店铺询盘不受此配置影响

l 子账号、主账号分别做自行配置，不会互相影响

二、增加供应商对询盘报价的买家送达率显示

l RFQ询盘以及店铺询盘的报价列表页面的样式优化，以横向数据流展示

l 已报价详情页面可以查看报价邮件的投递状态，报价已投递、报价已送达、报价已打开

三、提高买家满意度  减少买家关闭询盘数量

l 每条RFQ询盘最多只有10个不同供应商可报价，超过10个后其他供应商无法继续报价

l 取消“查看询盘”功能，不可再通过消耗RFQ询盘功能查看询盘信息联系方式等

Announcement about updates to the inquiry function of ECHEMI.com

In order to improve the use efficiency of the member suppliers and the satisfaction of the buyers on www.echemi.com. Our ECHEMI will launch an updated version of inquiry function on February 25^th, after a sample survey of 8,672 buyers worldwide and the feedback of online VIP suppliers. Aims to provide users with convenient, user-friendly, efficient and secure B2B platform.  

Ⅰ. Increase convenience for supplier users

1. About the shop inquiry:

In the quotation of the shop inquiry, the judgment of whether the sub-account has posted the product no longer carried out. If the shop inquiry is received, the main account can arbitrarily assign the it to one of the sub-accounts to follow up the quotation.

2. Regarding the inquiry notification:

A separate "Notification Setting" will be set up under the “inquiry"ation”.

· Users can set whether to turn on RFQ inquiry notification, immediate effect after notification open (During turning off notification, inquiry matching is not affected)

· This notification setting only affects email notifications. Notifications on Wechat should be set on the official wechat account of ECHEMI.

· This setting only affects the notification of RFQ inquiry, shop inquiry is not affected by this notification

· The main-account and the sub-account users need to set respectively, will not affect each other

Ⅱ. Increase the display of quotation email delivery rate to buyers

· The quotation page of RFQ inquiry and shop inquiry are styled to display in a horizontal data stream

· The delivery status of the quotation email can be reviewed : Quotation Delivered / Quotation Received / Quotation Read

Ⅲ. Improve the satisfaction of buyers and reduce the number of closed inquiries

Limit on the number of quotations per RFQ inquiry:

· A maximum of 10 different suppliers can quote on each RFQ inquiry, beyond which no other suppliers can quote further

· Cancel the view inquiry function. Suppliers can no longer to view inquiry information and buyer contact information

Ⅳ. Newly add “RFQ Recommend”

· RFQ Recommend function is added for overseas users

· The sub-account and the main-account users can check their matching inquiry respectively according to their products uploaded

· Click to see more and skip to the RFQ Market where you can view the full list of inquiries

· The update cycle is synchronized daily in real time based on inquiry list
