China's GDP of 7227.86 billion yuan in the first three quarters, up 0.7% yoy
China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) released data on the 19th, preliminary calculations, the first three quarters of the gross domestic product 7227.86 billion yuan, at comparable prices, up 0.7% year-on-year.
By quarter, the first quarter was down 6.8 percent year-on-year, the second quarter was up 3.2 percent and the third quarter was up 4.9 percent. By industry, the primary industry added value of 4,812.3 billion yuan, up 2.3%; the secondary industry added value of 2,742.7 billion yuan, up 0.9%; the tertiary industry added value of 4,039.7 billion yuan, up 0.4%.
On a year-over-year basis, GDP grew by 2.7 per cent in the third quarter.
