China Automobile Sales Volume Dropped Sharply in May

According to China Automobile Dealers Association, the automobile sales volume in May dropped sharply in May. Market players hold a wait-and-see stance about the market. Sources said that the weak market demand started in April. In particular, after the tariffs of imported automobiles were adjusted, the transaction volume of automobile went down. Most customers are waiting for the price decrease of imported automobiles, and it is expected that some of the Chinese-made automobiles whose prices are similar to imported automobiles will be adjusted.
