ICE cotton futures market slumped, weighed down by an improvement in weather conditions in Texas. Cotton contract of July closed at 89.81cent/lb, down 2.30cent/lb and contract of Dec closed at 88.98cent/lb, down 1.93cent/lb.
Cotlook A Index declined by 1.15cent/lb to 99.60cent/lb.
