The founding team ofJiuyi has nearly 30 years of product development experience in the pesticideindustry. In the early days of the company's founding, the domestic pesticide industry was dominated by highly toxic insecticides (more than 70%), and the proportion of herbicides and fungicides was low. The team successfully judgedthe strategic role of herbicides in improving agricultural productionefficiency and the progress of industrialization and urbanization in China. In China, he participated in or ledthe development of herbicide varieties and formulations such as Quizalofop-P and Nicosulfuron, which broke the long-term monopoly of herbicides of drybroad-leaved crops such as soybean, rape, peanut and cotton by Japan, Germanyand the United States, and ended the history of herbicides in corn fieldswithout seedlings for a long time.

During the reporting period, Jiuyiobtained 2 newly registered active ingredients of chemical pesticides in China,among which Prothioconazole was one of the top 10 fungicidepesticide varieties in the world, providing effective medication for wheat scabprevention and control. Tembotrione is a new breedof maize post-seed HPPD inhibitor, which provides a new agent to solve theresistance and malignant weeds in maize production. From 2019 to 2021, thereare 29 newly registered active ingredients of chemical pesticides in China(involving 23 companies worldwide), among which Jiuyi  registered 2 active ingredients, demonstratingthe company's strong product development capability.

At present, Jiuyi has advantagevarieties in the field of fungicides and herbicides . In the field offungicides, the company is in a leading position in the industry of Prothioconazole technical and formulation products, andtook charge of the formulation of " Prothioconazole technical T/CCPIA026-2020" and "480g/L Prothioconazole SC T/CCPIA027-2020" groupstandards, its market first-mover advantage and brand advantages are obvious

In thefield of herbicides, the herbicide varieties of Nicosulfuron technical and formulation products have strong technicaladvantages, sales network advantages and brand advantages, and occupy a highmarket share, and has participated in the formulation of national standardssuch as Nicosulfuron technical GB29383-2012" and "75% Nicosulfuron WG GB28154-2011". In a leading position in theindustry. Herbicide varieties Tembotrione technical and formulation products belong tothe new generation of HPPD inhibitor herbicides and have good growth expectations.

In recent years, the two product systems of the fungicide Prothioconazole and the herbicides Tembotrione and Nicosulfuron have become stronger and bigger, forming a trend ofintegration of technical and formulation, synchronization of domestic andinternational, and concurrent development of herbicide and fungicide. It has obtained 8 technicalregistration and 60 formulation registration, the company's pesticide productshave been exported to more than 40 countries/regions, forming a completecoverage in China.

Through continuous innovation ofproduction technology, the company has formed a stable production capacity of300 t/a of Nicosulfuron, 200 t/a of Tembotrione, 1,000 t/a of Prothioconazole and 20,000 t/aof standardized pesticide formulation. The capital raised by the IPO of Jiuyi is mainlyinvested in the "5,000 t/a new broad-spectrum fungicide Prothioconazole synthesis project".
