Recently, Professor Xu Ping's research group of Peking University reported the first non-diarylamine MEK-PROTAC protein degrader P6b in the Journal.

In A549 cells, P6b efficiently degraded MEK1/2 protein with DC50 of 0.29 μM and 0.2 μM, respectively.
