Polyvantis Opens Shanghai Technical Center
Polyvantis, a leading global supplier of high-quality semi-finished acrylic and polycarbonate products, has announced the official opening of its new technical center in Shanghai, China. The opening marks a significant milestone in the company's development and underscores its commitment to innovation, customer collaboration, and sustainability.
The center brings together cross-functional teams from R&D, commercial, and manufacturing to collaborate more closely and respond more quickly to evolving market demands. By integrating these capabilities, Polyvantis aims to provide comprehensive solutions to address emerging challenges and accelerate innovation in key industries.
The new facility complements Polyvantis' four existing technical centers in Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States. Together, these centers form a global innovation network dedicated to advancing the performance and sustainability of semi-finished materials. The Shanghai facility will serve as a center of excellence for optical and electronic films, supporting fast-growing markets such as electronics, displays, and transportation.
Dr. Sandeep Dhawan, CEO of POLYVANTIS, said, "This new center reflects our long-term commitment to innovation, customer collaboration, and sustainable development. It will play a key role in strengthening our global innovation network and accelerating the development of advanced products that meet real needs. As we grow as a company, we remain committed to building partnerships and creating opportunities that benefit our customers, employees, and the industries we serve."
