Investment of about 358.3 million Dewei annual output of 50,000 tons of wind power leaf resin and other products will be started
Recently, it is understood that the new factory of Shanghai Dewei Coating Co., Ltd. is about to start construction in early June, the factory covers an area of about 51 acres, and the construction period is expected to be 180 days.
It is reported that the total investment of the project is about 358.3 million yuan, of which the investment in fixed assets is about 259.6 million yuan, and it is expected that the construction of the new factory will reach the fifth year after the start of construction, and the annual output value of the new project can be about 2,176.5 million yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be about 52.98 million yuan.
Tianjin Dewei Coating Chemical Co., Ltd. is an enterprise engaged in the research and development, production and sales service of container coatings, Marine Marine coatings, automotive coatings, powder coatings, wind power coatings and polymer new materials. Dewei polymer new materials include wind power leaf resin and structural adhesive and power battery and energy storage adhesive. Dulwich production plants are distributed in Qidong, Jiangsu, Jinshan, Shanghai (covers an area of 51 mu, under construction, is expected to be put into production in the second half of 2023), Linyi, Shandong (covers an area of 150 mu, under construction, is expected to be put into production in the second half of 2023). Relevant data show that the sales volume of container waterborne coatings independently developed by Dewei has ranked first in the world for 6 consecutive years, with a market share of up to 45%, and a total sales revenue of about 5.356 billion yuan in the past three years.
Shanghai Dulwich Coating Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Dulwich Coating Chemical Co., LTD., established in 2001. According to the data, Shanghai Dewei Coating Co., Ltd. acquired the shares of Carbon Valley Green Bay enterprise Zhongrui Company, and plans to invest in the construction of "annual capacity of 50,000 tons of wind power leaf resin, 10,000 tons of new energy industrial rubber, 15,000 tons of high-performance powder coating, 2,500 tons of automotive water-based coating projects" in the existing plant.
For the specific situation of the new project, Li Invention, chairman of Shanghai Dewei Coating Co., Ltd. introduced: "The products of this project wind power resin is mainly used for the production of wind power blades, new energy industrial glue is mainly used for wind power blades and new energy vehicle batteries, high-performance powder coatings can be used in various fields of industry, all belong to green environmental protection, low emission, low pollution products, is a strategic emerging industry," Formula, production process, energy saving and emission reduction and product performance are in the industry leading position."
Li Invention said: "The market demand for these products is large, and it is expected that the domestic demand for wind power resin in 2025 will be more than 320,000 tons, more than 60,000 tons of new energy industrial glue, and more than 2.12 million tons of powder coatings." However, according to current statistics, domestic high-end epoxy wind power resin and high-performance powder coatings are basically monopolized by foreign enterprises."
According to reports, Shanghai Dewei New Energy has independently developed and designed the resin system and adhesive system suitable for large-scale wind power generation 100-meter long blade, the system has excellent mechanical and anti-fatigue properties. At present, Dewe new energy injection resin, hand paste resin and high-performance adhesive have completely independent intellectual property rights, and the localization rate of raw materials reaches 100%. Through the performance test and comparison, Dewei resin and adhesive have reached or exceeded the performance of international brands in terms of resin performance and technology, breaking the monopoly position of foreign brands.
The independent research and development results of Dewei Company have effectively broken the bottleneck technology of these foreign brands, and the market application prospect is good. Under the dual role of industrial policy guidance and market demand, the new energy industry continues to develop, and it also promotes the continuous growth of demand for wind power blade materials, new energy industrial rubber and other products. After the project is successfully put into operation, it will further enhance the profitability and core competitiveness of Dulwich Company.
