Zelgen Pharmaceutical ZGGS15 bispecific antibody received FDA clinical trial approval
On June 8, 2023, Zelgen Pharma announced that its investigational product ZGGS15 (LAG-3/TIGIT) bispecific antibody clinical trial application has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. According to the public information query, ZGGS15 is the world's first anti-LAG-3 /TIGIT bispecific antibody approved and is about to enter clinical trials.

Previously, on April 24, 2023, Zelgen Pharma announced that the clinical trial of ZGGS15 for injection in the treatment of advanced solid tumors had been approved by the National Food and Drug Administration (NMPA). ZGGS15 for injection has been approved for clinical trials in China and the United States at the same time. Zelgen Pharmaceutical will actively promote the clinical research of this product.
