Dividend 58.217,500 yuan! Colsun shares set up a new company with a capital injection of 200 million yuan
Recently, Colsun Co., LTD. (or the Company) issued the implementation announcement of 2022 annual equity allocation. The implementation plan of the company's 2022 annual equity allocation is as follows:

Based on the 1.164 billion shares of the company's existing total share capital excluding 12.936600 shares that have been repurchased, cash dividend of 0.50 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, and a total cash dividend of 58.217,500 yuan (including tax) will be distributed, accounting for 32.67% of the net profit returned to the parent in the same period. No bonus shares will be awarded. No conversion of capital reserves into capital stock.
The equity registration date of this equity allocation is June 16, and the ex-option and ex-dividend date is June 19.
According to the 2022 annual performance report released by Colson, the company's operating revenue was 7.661 billion yuan, down 1.42% year on year; Net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was RMB178 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 73.51%; Basic earnings per share were 0.15 yuan, compared with 0.60 yuan in the same period last year.
According to enterprise investigation, recently, Jiangsu Kechu Technology Co., Ltd. was established, the legal representative is Du Bingyi, the registered capital of 200 million yuan, business scope includes: science and technology promotion and application services; Building waterproof roll products manufacturing; New material technology research and development; New material technology promotion services, etc.
Enterprise check equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Keshun shares and Suqian Urban Construction Investment (Group) Co., LTD.
