Jiangshan announced on August 29 that the company intends to acquire 67% of the shares of Uniphos with a transaction amount of 176 million yuan, and the source of the acquisition funds is its own funds or self-raised funds.　　

It is understood that the company is committed to the research and development, production and management of water treatment chemicals, products mainly include organic phosphine, polymer, deoxidizer, corrosion inhibitor and other special chemicals, products are widely used in industrial circulating water treatment, boiler water treatment, oil field exploitation water treatment, daily chemical supplies, electronic cleaning and other fields. In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Nantong Uniphos achieved an operating income of 315 million yuan, 417 million yuan and 454 million yuan, and a net profit of 18.772 million yuan, 33.9955 million yuan and 547.08 million yuan, respectively.　

Jiangshan is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of pesticide products mainly based on herbicides and insecticides, chemical products mainly based on specialty chemicals, chemical intermediates, chlor-alkali and new materials, and cogeneration steam products.　

In order to further improve the market share and profitability of the company's formulation products, improve the level of intelligent manufacturing of formulation products, and meet the needs of high-quality development of formulation products. Jiangshan Shares announced on August 29 that the company intends to invest 192 million yuan in the chemical industry park of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone to build "an annual output of 100,000 tons of preparation intelligent technical transformation project".

The reason why Jiangshan Shares invested in the project is mainly because the company's pesticide business needs to be further optimized in the following situations: Glyphosate is mainly sold in raw drugs, and the sales scale of granules is small; The existing formulations such as diazinon have low production capacity and lack scale effect. The existing formulation forms are more traditional, and the product varieties and product quality need to be further enriched and improved。　　

In addition, the existing pesticide formulation packaging line and warehouse automation level of Jiangshan Shares have been unable to adapt to the current production scale and market demand of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out intelligent upgrading and transformation of the formulation distribution line and storage, improve work quality and efficiency, and reduce production and storage costs and risks　　 

Previously, Jiangshan Shares announced on August 17 that the company intends to invest 795 million yuan in the construction of "new creative green herbicide technical and formulation project" in Yaojiagang Chemical Park, Zhijiang, Hubei Province, with a construction period of 2.5 years. The project construction content is 500 tons of Benzoxazole (JS-T205) equipment, formulation production equipment and other supporting equipment and auxiliary facilities. Jiangshan Shares have obtained a global patent exclusive license for Benzoxazole, the patent protection period until December 15, 2034. Currently, the technical is patented in China, Argentina, Australia, Canada, the United States and Brazil.
