Announcement of Nanjing Hongbaoli’s expansion of 40,000 tons monomer polyether project
On November 24, the Administrative Approval Bureau of Nanjing Jiangbei New District plans to publish its approval opinions on the environmental impact assessment document of the polyether technology transformation project of Nanjing Hongbaoli Polyurethane Co., Ltd.

Construction location: No. 108, Tank Area South Road, Changlu Street, Jiangbei New District, Nanjing.
Construction Content:
Two 45m³ production lines and other auxiliary facilities will be built in the monomer polyether production line equipment, increasing the monomer polyether production capacity by 40,000 tons/year; The combined filling line device will build two 30m³ production lines and increase the combined polyether production capacity by 40,000 tons/year; The total production capacity of the special polyether device has been changed from the existing 29,000 tons/year water reducing agent monomer, PPG210 and PPG310 to 18,000 tons/year propylene glycol and glycerol series polyethers in this project, and a set of 35m³ refining filtration system and distillation system have been modified: The construction area of Class C warehouse and storage yard is about 250㎡ and the storage yard covers about 750㎡. The new automatic unpacking conveying system for solid bagged raw materials covers an area of about 400m. After the completion of this project, the special polyether products of the existing phase 3 project will no longer be produced, and the production capacity of the polyether products of the existing phase 1 and phase 2 project portfolio will remain unchanged.
