Livent and Allkem Merge to Create Arcadium Lithium, World's Leading Lithium Chemicals Company

According to Chemanager news on January 5, 2024, Arcadium Lithium announced the completion of the all-stock merger of equals between Allkem and Livent. The new combined company is one of the largest integrated producers of lithium chemicals, with total 2022 revenue of approximately $1.9 billion and a global team of more than 2,600 employees.
