【 Exhibition scope 】 

 All kinds of fertilizers, special fertilizers, biological products, pesticides, plant growth regulators, soil regulators, seedlings, plant protection equipment, smart agriculture, water-saving irrigation, modern agricultural facilities, garden tools, testing instruments, pesticide fertilizer production and packaging equipment and other related products.

【 Required reading for exhibitors 】 

First, after the exhibitors contact the exhibition staff to book the booth, they must remember the time and place of the exhibition, and make notes to prepare for the exhibition in advance;

Second. Contact the exhibition staff to obtain or consult the exhibitors' confirmation letter, exhibition card, truck card, exhibition fee invoice, VIP tickets and other exhibition related information; Materials such as the journal shall be submitted to the exhibition staff in time;

Third, what are the costs of exhibiting? 1. Travel expenses of exhibitors; 2. Logistics and transportation costs of exhibiting goods; 3. Fees for design and printing of promotional materials; 4, booth exhibition equipment rental fee; 5, 18 square meters and above the bare floor booth will incur special booth design and construction fees, bare floor booth site management fees, electricity charges, etc.

The opening ceremony of the Southwest Agricultural Science and Technology Expo with the theme of "Enabling Agriculture with Science and Technology, Leading the Future with innovation" was officially launched at 10 am on August 25.  Exhibitors can drive their own exhibits to the exhibition hall or go to the logistics express company to check the materials and exhibits.  Note: If it is logistics consignment exhibits, exhibitors need to discuss the specific delivery time with the logistics company, such as exhibitors arrived at the exhibition hall, and then let the logistics company will send the exhibits, by the exhibitors themselves to receive the exhibition goods and materials.

Fourth, the standard booth will provide some free configuration of exhibition equipment, if the exhibition equipment is not enough, exhibitors need to contact the exhibition staff in advance to rent exhibition equipment, you can also wait for the day before the exhibition to find someone to rent exhibition equipment.

Fifth. Items to bring 

1, exhibitor confirmation, ID card, company business card, personal business card, exquisite business card case; 2, company products, exhibits, posters, leaflets, small gifts, environmental protection publicity bags; 3, there may be need to use such as camera, tape, socket, stapler, pen and paper, notebook, wireless card and so on; 4. Other items vary from person to person; 5, mobile phones, wallets, laptops and other important valuables please carry at any time, in case of loss;
