SkinCeuticals Launches Anti-Wrinkle Peptide Serum
SkinCeuticals has launched P-TIOX, a new clinically-backed peptide serum designed to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
Angela Hildebrand, General Manager of SkinCeuticals USA, commented, "As pioneers in integrated skincare, our goal was to offer an innovative product that works perfectly with the leading in-office treatment, neurotoxin injectables. Our physician partners are very excited about this. This is great news for their injectable patients as well as those who are seeking similar anti-aging results but are not yet ready for injectable treatments."
The serum contains a patent-pending blend of advanced peptides, amplified by synergistic active ingredients, to reduce the appearance of nine types of stretch marks and leave skin visibly smoother and more radiant for all skin types and tones. The Advanced Peptide Complex of 2% Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 + 2% Dipeptide Diaminobutyryl is inspired by the effects of neurotoxin injections and helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Glass Skin Complex contains 5% Polyhydroxy Acid + 5% Niacinamide + 1% Kelp Extract to maximize hydration while gently exfoliating to improve skin texture and radiance. P-TIOX is doctor-tested to complement neurotoxin injections and is effective alone for "needle-free wrinkle correction without the aid of professional injectables."
"As we age, dynamic facial expressions cause stretch marks to be etched into our skin," said Dr. Rosalyn George, Partner Physician at SkinCeuticals. "P-TIOX is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of 9 stretch marks, even in areas of the face not traditionally treated with neurotoxin injections. In addition, in just one week of use, it improves skin texture and radiance for an overall smooth, glass-like complexion—whether or not you're injecting neurotoxins."
