INX Group Completes Acquisition of Coatings & Adhesives
INX Group announces that it has completed the acquisition of Coatings & Adhesives (C&A), a North American coatings industry player known for its specialty products.
The newly formed entity, INX International Coatings & Adhesives, will operate as a sister company alongside INX International Inks, under one management group, to provide complementary ink and coating solutions for the packaging market. This will be a significant milestone for the ink and coating industry.
C&A is focused on service, product quality and competitive pricing. C&A’s verticalintegration and high-quality polymer raw materials enhance product performance, ensure an uninterrupted source of supply, and provide an exciting platform for innovation.
The strategic partnership with C&A enables INX to further grow the newly combined business by driving value enhancement in the category through the combined experience and understanding of industry dynamics brought by INX and C&A leadership. Together, the two companies are poised to innovate and elevate the industry while improving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Significant initiatives are already underway to capitalize on this merger and pave the way for substantial growth.
“Our commitment to innovation, quality and service aligns perfectly with C&A’s heritage,” said Bryce Kristo, President and CEO of INX International. “We are not just merging companies, we are creating new possibilities and setting a new standard for excellence in the packaging marketplace.”
“We believe that by leveraging our combined expertise, we can deliver greater efficiencies to meet and exceed our customers’ needs,” added Rick Pasin, Owner and President of C&A. “This partnership positions us as an industry leader poised for transformative success.”
