EU Urgently Extends Approval Deadline for Two Chemicals to 2025!
According to the latest information from the Official Journal of the European Union, on November 12, 2024, the European Commission officially published Regulation (EU) 2024/2848. The main content of the regulation is to amend the approval period of two chemicals - fenpyrazamine and Flumetralin. According to this new regulation, the approval period of amphenicone and fluramide will be adjusted to January 15, 2025. This regulation will come into effect on the 20th day from the date of promulgation to ensure that the relevant parties have sufficient time to prepare and adjust.
