Dingji enters the American market with TPU products

Dingji Advanced Materials Co., a Taiwanese thermoplastic polyurethane manufacturer, has entered the American market.
The company opened an 80,000 square foot (7400 square meters) warehouse near its Secaucus office.
"Dingji is one of the largest thermoplastic polyurethane manufacturers in the world," said Jim Zauderer of Zauderer Associates, which has been Dingji's U.S. distributor since 2017. "It's very strong in Asia, and it's the same in Europe."
This 37-year-old company has 60 extrusion production lines in Taiwan, producing films, pipes, cord and profiles. In addition, the company also has on-site injection moulded polyurethane seals.
Zauderer says it employs more than 700 people in a 1 million square foot (93,000 square meters) facility and is expanding its production capacity in Taiwan.
The TPU products of tripod base include Provecta film, which can replace rubber and traditional plastics; Advanta film, which can be used for breathable and waterproof clothing; Orkesta composite material, which can replace superfine fibers or dermis in shoes and clothing; Perfola air hose and water pipe; Aldura belt; and DingZing DZ seals. In addition, TPU products are widely used in the automotive industry, sportswear and breathable fabrics for medical applications.
In addition to Secaucus, Dingji has branches in China, Vietnam and the Netherlands.
