Beixin Carpoly Wins Bid for CRCC’s 2025 Regional Procurement Project
Beixin Carpoly recently won the bid for China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC)'s 2025 material procurement framework agreements for secondary and tertiary materials in the North China, Northeast, and East China regions, marking a new stage in the partnership between the two companies. This successful bid will further facilitate synergistic development between Beixin Carpoly and CRCC, laying a solid foundation for closer collaboration with CRCC's 33 subsidiary units.
It is reported that CRCC, in response to the guiding opinions on procurement from central enterprises, has implemented a corporate-wide strategic bidding initiative. This marks CRCC’s first centralized procurement tender for coatings under its headquarters, featuring large scale and stringent requirements amidst intense competition. Among numerous suppliers, Beixin Carpoly stood out as the only winning paint brand manufacturer, showcasing its exceptional capabilities in transportation logistics, emergency response, project services, digital integration, quality management, warehousing, and performance levels.
China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, formerly the Railway Engineering Corps of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, is a super-large construction enterprise under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). Established on November 5, 2007, in Beijing, it launched China Railway Construction Corporation Limited. As one of the world’s most powerful and largest integrated construction groups, CRCC ranked 43rd on the Fortune Global 500 in 2024, marking 19 consecutive years on the list, and placed third on the "Top 250 Global Contractors" list. Additionally, Carpoly was ranked fifth among Chinese architectural paint brands, fourth in Chinese decorative paint retail brands, and fourth in Chinese engineering architectural paint brands.
