Lorama Acquires Monteith and Waterfoot from DCL Corporation, Expanding Global Reach
Lorama Group Inc., a leading supplier of colorant dispersions and bio-based additives, has acquired the colorant dispersion business of DCL Corporation. The acquisition includes DCL’s manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Canada (Monteith) and Waterfoot, UK.
This strategic acquisition is part of Lorama’s continued growth strategy and solidifies its position as a global leader in providing innovative color solutions to the paints and coatings industry.
Monteith is known for its specialty industrial coatings and dispersions, with decades of industry experience and a strong customer base. Waterfoot is a leading innovator in in-plant and specialty coatings color solutions, further enhancing Lorama’s ability to provide high-quality, customized products to customers around the world. These acquisitions will help propel Lorama’s continued leadership in global coatings.
