The company’s heat seal coating technology has demonstrated superior market performance, consistently outperforming industry benchmarks across a wide range of temperatures.
The latest performance data shows that COSEAL-601 outperforms other products on the market in terms of seal strength, especially in the critical 120-160°C temperature range. The product demonstrates exceptional versatility in 2-layer and 3-layer aluminum foil lamination structures, making it ideal for a variety of packaging applications.
Backed by strong financial performance and superior technical specifications, the company’s innovative approach enabled Cosmo Specialty Chemicals to achieve a 60% increase in sales and high EBITDA compared to the same period last year (December 2024 year-to-date basis).
Raj Sharma, Business Head, Specialty Chemicals, Cosmo, said: “Our COSEAL-601 represents a significant breakthrough in heat seal coating technology. The product’s superior performance, especially in high-speed manufacturing environments, resonates strongly with our customers. The significant growth in our contribution margin reflects our ability to deliver tangible value to our customers’ packaging businesses.
