MODEC, through its subsidiary Offshore Frontier Solutions, has partnered with Toyo Engineering India to establish a joint venture global capability center (GCC) in Bengaluru, India, named TOYO MODEC OFS India (OFS India). The new center aims to serve as a strategic hub for engineering, procurement, and support for FPSO (floating production, storage, and offloading) projects, creating high-value employment opportunities.
The 100,000-square-foot facility, unveiled by MODEC, is set to hire 750 employees over the next three years to fully utilize its planned capacity. The GCC will focus on accelerating innovation, ensuring agility, and fostering collaboration to address the growing complexity of FPSO projects.
