BASF Strengthens Its Liquid Enzyme Portfolio for Laundry and Cleaning Industries
BASF has further strengthened its position as an innovation leader and essential ingredient provider for the Home Care and I&I industries by expanding its liquid enzyme portfolio.
In recent years, BASF has continued to expand its enzyme technology. With the addition of lipases, cellulases and amylases, a comprehensive product range covering all liquid enzyme types is now available to meet customers' stringent requirements for high-quality, high-performance enzymes in a variety of applications.
"Expanding and integrating these enzyme types into our best-in-class portfolio enables us to work with our customers to develop sustainable and high-performance laundry formulation solutions," said Gisela Pinheiro, Senior Vice President Home Care and I&I Cleaning at BASF.
Lavergy L Pace is a liquid lipase that provides excellent fat and oil removal at low temperatures.
And Lavergy C Care is a liquid care cellulase that provides best-in-class lint and pill removal, enhancing the look and feel of cotton and cotton blend fabrics. Lavergy C Care is very stable even in the presence of proteases.
Amylase Lavergy A Star is a biodegradable enzyme solution that effectively removes starch stains, even at low temperatures, providing a deeper clean.
