China National Chemical Engineering Appoints Deng Zhaojing as New General Manager Leadership Reshuffle Accelerates in 2025
On July 17, China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. confirmed the board’s decision to appoint Deng Zhaojing as its new General Manager. The announcement follows a series of leadership changes disclosed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) in late June.
Deng, born in September 1970, is a senior engineer with a master’s degree and recipient of the State Council’s special government allowance. He currently serves as Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager of China National Chemical Engineering Group, as well as Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of the listed company.
Deng’s extensive career includes management roles at Tianchen Engineering’s Shanghai branch, executive positions at China Chemical Science & Technology Research, and leadership in technology and information departments. His rapid ascent in 2024 and 2025 signals a broader effort by China National Chemical Engineering to strengthen its executive team and drive the company’s development during a pivotal period.
