15 coal mines have resumed production, with an annual capacity of 43.5 million tons!
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration jointly issued a notice, clearly allow the joint test operation expired coal mine extension, period of the extension in principle for one year.
Notice at the same time, the relevant local departments to guide and support enterprises to speed up the coal mine certification, to meet the conditions of the coal mine to enter the joint test operation as soon as possible; For coalmines with complete certificates and licenses for joint test operation, the completion and acceptance procedures shall be handled in time and the coal mines shall be transferred into formal production according to law and regulations.
According to a circular jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Ningxia and Xinjiang provinces and autonomous regions have extended the operation of 15 coal mines that were suspended when the joint test operation was due, and agreed to extend the joint test operation for another year to increase production and supply on the premise of ensuring safety. The above 15 coal mines have a total production capacity of 43.5 million tons/year, and all of them have resumed production. It is expected that the daily production will be increased by 150,000 tons steadily.
