Yujiahui expects net profit to fall by 70% in the first quarter of 2019

On April 9, Yujiahui, the first share of e-commerce, announced that the company's performance is expected to decline in the first quarter of 2019. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies is 70%-100% lower than that of the same period last year, with a profit of 0-88.13 million yuan and a profit of 29.3378 million yuan in the same period last year.
Regarding the decline in performance, Yujiahui explained in the announcement that under the macroeconomic downturn, domestic cosmetics brands were squeezed in two directions, and sales channels changed rapidly. In order to adapt to various changes, the company increased its investment in channels and markets, and increased its investment in the cultivation of new brands, resulting in an increase in sales cost ratio.
It is noteworthy that the recent performance of Yujiahui has continued to be depressed. In the performance forecast of 2018, Yujiahui's net profit is estimated to be 111 million to 158 million yuan, down 0%-30% from the same period last year; its profit is estimated to be 111 million to 158 million yuan, compared with the same period last year; and the impact of non-recurrent profit and loss on the company's net profit is estimated to be 197.681 million yuan. At that time, Yujiahui pointed out that in order to seize the market share and increase the investment of its own brand market, the company's market expenses grew faster, and sales revenue grew rapidly, which laid a good foundation for the company's sustainable development; the company strengthened channel construction, channel investment grew faster than sales revenue, and affected short-term earnings. Profitability; The company's government subsidy income declined significantly over the same period of last year. People in the industry believe that Yujiahui has encountered bottlenecks in its development. Therefore, they hoped to cooperate with Avo Essential Oil to further seize the market, but with the announcement of the acquisition, it seems that Yujiahui can not rely on a single brand of Yunifang.
It is understood that Yujiahui is mainly engaged in the research, production and sales of all kinds of cosmetics. Its products include skin care products, make-up and so on. Among them, skin care products (mask type) are the main products, and its brands include Royal mud house, teacher's home, small confused and Hua Yao Flower brand.
