Nippon Paint acquires French paint manufacturer Cromology for 1.15 billion euros
Nippon Paint announced on October 20 that it will acquire French decorative paint manufacturer Cromology through a subsidiary.
Cromology is the fourth largest manufacturer of decorative coatings in Europe, with sales of 628 million euros in 2020. Nippon Paint will pay 1.15 billion euros (approximately 1.3 billion US dollars) and purchase all Cromology shares.
