Anyang environmental management institute added safety lock to chemical company

Reporters learned from Anyang Environmental Management yesterday that in the past few days, the Institute has comprehensively carried out a special action to investigate and rectify potential environmental risks of chemical enterprises in its jurisdiction, sounding safety alarm bells, and keeping the bottom line of ecological environment safety. It is understood that there are four chemical enterprises in the area under the jurisdiction of Anyang Environmental Management, namely Municipal Wanlong Chemical Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Lianda Chemical Co., Ltd., Ruian Baoyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. and Municipal Huabao Chemical Co., Ltd. The inspectors comprehensively inspected the compilation of environmental emergency plans and the implementation of the management system, the investigation and prevention of potential environmental safety hazards, the emergency facilities for environmental safety, the rescue materials for environmental emergency disposal and the on-line monitoring of pollutant discharge in the four enterprises. At the same time, inspectors synchronously inspect the environmental protection approval of enterprises, the operation of pollution prevention and control facilities, the discharge of standards, and the disposal and management of hazardous wastes. In addition, the Institute recently invited Wenzhou chemical environmental protection and safety experts to carry out hidden danger investigation, and feedback to enterprises the areas to be improved.
In addition to routine law enforcement and inspection, the responsible person of Anyang Environmental Management Institute said that except Zhejiang Lianda Chemical Co., Ltd., which has achieved zero sewage discharge, the remaining three enterprises have built online video monitoring platform for pollution sources, which is now in the normal operation stage. In the monitoring room, the reporters can see the real-time display of the drainage of the standard discharge outlet on the computer screen. Through the apparent characteristics of the drainage, such as color, turbidity, we can preliminarily judge whether there are obvious abnormalities in the drainage. In addition, the video monitoring platform can also see the real-time operation of the sewage treatment facilities of the three chemical enterprises.
In addition, wastewater online monitoring room is set up in the three chemical enterprises, COD online monitoring instrument and other monitoring equipment are placed in the monitoring room. On the side of the computer screen, real-time monitoring data of pollutant concentration are displayed. Once the monitoring data exceeds the standard, the system will automatically notify the supervisor by short message. By building the monitoring platform into a "thousand-mile-eye" and "downwind ear" of environmental protection law enforcement, the illegal sewage enterprises can not escape, so that the environmental protection department can grasp the sewage status of enterprises and the operation of environmental protection facilities in the first time, and improve the efficiency of environmental protection team.
"Next, we will further implement the enterprise rectification and supervision work, and as always do a good job in the daily inspection of potential environmental safety hazards in chemical enterprises." Wang Wen, director of Anyang Institute of Environmental Management, said.
It is also known that recently, Ruian Branch of Wenzhou Eco-environment Bureau attaches great importance to self-examination and self-correction, and carries out a large investigation of potential environmental safety hazards for enterprises at the first time. At the same time, experts were organized to carry out physical examination for 23 key enterprises, such as Huafeng Spandex Co., Ltd. and put forward suggestions for rectification on the spot of the problems found, and clear the time limit for rectification, which attracted the attention of enterprises. Up to now, the Bureau has inspected 25 enterprises, found 12 potential environmental safety hazards, and ordered rectification.
