This is the third time in a row that China has carried out credit evaluation in the field of coal, aiming to urge coal enterprises to comply with regulations.

It is reported that in order to accurately carry out classified supervision of coal enterprises and promote industry self-discipline, the National Development and Reform Commission has organized the National Public Credit Information Center and related big data institutions to carry out the third phase of comprehensive evaluation of public credit of more than 19,000 coal enterprises nationwide by using the national credit information sharing platform and big data technology.

The evaluation focuses on two aspects: the public credit status and the market credit status of the subject under evaluation. A total of 98 "excellent" enterprises, 6364 "good" enterprises, 10889 "intermediate" enterprises and 1768 "poor" enterprises such as Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. were evaluated in this evaluation, with 1595 "poor" enterprises for two consecutive times.

Among them, the main dishonest facts of "poor" enterprises include serious dishonest cases such as being listed in the blacklist of dishonest Executees and bad records of production safety, as well as administrative penalties, violations of laws and regulations, and more negative dishonest records in the past year.

According to the introduction, the evaluation results will be continuously pushed to the leading departments of social credit system construction at all levels and the supervisory departments in the coal field on time and subregionally for reference in implementing classified credit supervision at different levels. Emphasis will be given to enterprises whose evaluation results are "medium" and "poor". The frequency of spot checks will be increased, and the main leaders of enterprises whose evaluation results are "poor" will be carried out. Warning interviews and urging them to rectify within the prescribed time limit.
