Work Tips on Implementing Drug Online Public Bargaining and Purchasing

According to the working arrangement of "fully implementing open bargaining purchase of drugs through internet", since April 29, 2019, the winning drugs (the fifth batch) have been fully negotiated, and the sunshine platform has pushed the original winning bid price and the purchase price of fifteen provinces and municipalities to the inquiry bargaining system as medical institutions. The first negotiation with the manufacturer has been completed. If medical institutions need to continue to negotiate on the basis of the first negotiation, they can renegotiate their own prices with manufacturing enterprises. 

According to the requirement of comprehensive bargaining notification, the municipal pharmacy office has suspended the qualification of bargaining and purchasing the drug since April 29, 2019, if the price of other provinces and cities has not been reported or the "no price commitment letter of other provinces and cities" has not been uploaded. If the qualification of bargaining and purchasing is to be restored, the manufacturer shall submit the prices of other provinces and cities in the inquiry and bargaining system, which shall be opened after examination and approval.
