Henan new energy company plays across borders, builds 40,000 tonnes of degradable materials and products project

Land area: 33,333 square metres, construction area: 27,000 square metres.

Total investment and investment in environmental protection: the project investment is RMB 15,000,000, of which RMB 900,000 is investment in environmental protection, accounting for 0.6% of the total investment.

Number of employees: the project has a labour force of 100 (30 in Phase I and 70 in Phase II).

Production system: the project is implemented in two shifts of 12 hours each, with an annual production of 300 days.

The project is divided into two phases, the first phase has a capacity of 10,000 tons of biodegradable granules and 5,000 tons of biodegradable products (film bags/cutlery), the second phase has a capacity of 20,000 tons of biodegradable granules and 5,000 tons of biodegradable products (film bags/cutlery).

Among them, biodegradable granule raw material is the intermediate product of this project, with an output of 30,000t/a. Biodegradable raw material can be further processed to produce biodegradable products.

In this project, 10,000t/a of biodegradable raw materials are used for further processing into products, including 6,400t/a of biodegradable plastic bags and 3,600t/a of disposable biodegradable tableware, and 20,000t/a of biodegradable raw materials are directly sold out.
