Jingdong Logistics raises nearly 7 billion yuan
According to the announcement of Jingdong Logistics, Jingdong Logistics will place 150.5 million shares at HK$20.71 per share to investors.
After deducting all fees, costs and expenses, the estimated net proceeds from the issue of the placing shares will be approximately HK$3,102 million, or approximately RMB2,523 million.

Meanwhile, according to the Jingdong Group's announcement, it entered into a subscription agreement with Jingdong Logistics through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jingdong Entities, pursuant to which Jingdong Entities agreed to subscribe and Jingdong Logistics agreed to issue 261.4 million ordinary shares of Jingdong Logistics at the same price per share as the Jingdong Logistics Placing i.e. HK$20.71, for an estimated net proceeds of US$692 million or approximately RMB4,402 million.
Jingdong Group said that upon completion of the Jingdong Logistics Placing and the Jingdong Subscription, Jingdong Group will maintain its equity interest in Jingdong Logistics at approximately 63.46% through the Jingdong Entities and will continue to consolidate the financial results of Jingdong Logistics into its financial statements.
