Sichuan Wine Group sets up original wine industry development alliance

Sichuan Wine Group recently held the inaugural meeting of the original wine industry development alliance and the awarding ceremony of the alliance's wine enterprises.

Ten original wine enterprises, such as Glory of the Nation and Shu Zhiyuan, participated in the awarding ceremony and read the self-regulatory convention of the original wine industry development alliance together with Sichuan Wine Group's Xufu Base, Natural Fragrance Base, Sichuan Sauce Base and Yifu Spring Base.

The internal control standards for the original wine production technology of the Chuan Wine Group "Original Wine Industry Development Alliance" and the commercial value of the Original Wine Industry Development Alliance were released at the meeting.

The first China Fruit Wine Grand Prix was declared

The Chinese Fruit Wine Grand Prix (CFWA), jointly organised by the Organising Committee of the Chinese Fruit Wine Grand Prix, the Fruit Wine Industry Ecological Value-Added Alliance and the Editorial Committee of the Chinese Fruit Wine Industry Annual Development Report, will be declared from 1 April to 30 June 2022 and judged in July 2022.

Luzhou's liquor industry to generate RMB 108.56 billion in revenue by 2021

The Luzhou Liquor Industry Development and Promotion Bureau recently announced data related to Luzhou's liquor industry in 2021. In 2021, Luzhou's liquor industry achieved a value-added growth rate of 11.1% and business revenue of 108.56 billion yuan, up 14.9% year-on-year; total profit of 22.64 billion yuan was achieved, up 44.1% year-on-year.

Hundred-year Lupao holds expert appraisal of liquor

The Luzhou Hundred Years Lupo brand, built by the Luzhou Hundred Years Daye Group, recently held a "Lupo Expert Appraisal Meeting" in Chengdu.

The four products were tasted by liquor experts Zeng Zuxun, Lai Gaohuai, Hu Yongsong, Lai Dengqi, Li Jiamin, Zhang Wenwen, Wang Zhongyan and Zhang Jinxiu. The experts unanimously agreed that the products were "colourless and transparent, with elegant cellar aroma, pleasant aging fragrance, smooth and sweet throat, harmonious aroma, clear and long, with the typical style of the local Luxiang traditional liquor."
