Sinopec 10,000-ton Hydrogenation Catalyst Production Base Completed
On March 30, the fourth production line of Catalyst Dalian Company successfully produced the first batch of qualified products, marking the completion of Sinopec's first 10,000-ton hydrogenation catalyst production base.
In recent years, the market demand for hydrogenation catalysts has increased significantly. In order to meet the market demand, the catalyst company established Sinopec Catalyst Dalian Co., Ltd. In the first phase of the base, a 7,500-ton/year hydrogenation catalyst production unit and supporting facilities will be constructed, and qualified products will be produced in March 2018; a 2,500-ton/year residue hydrogenation catalyst production line will be built in November 2020. The base has the characteristics of "large-scale, clean, continuous, and automated", and has built the industry's first fully automatic storage system and supporting intelligent three-dimensional warehouse. The honorary title of high-quality engineering.
