Actera, a supplier of skincare products, receives private fund Arcline Strategy.

Cosmetics industry is facing more and more urgent demand for raw material supply, which enables us to further develop cutting-edge products. Private equity fund Arcline Investment Management (hereinafter referred to as Arcline) announced a strategic investment in Actera Ingredients (hereinafter referred to as Actera), a supplier of protective raw materials, but did not publish specific financial terms.
Actera provides raw materials and formulation technology for personal care products. Its raw materials are mainly divided into three categories, including functional and sensory components, active and anti-aging components, and natural preservatives. These ingredients and recipes can be applied to cosmetics, body and hair care products, household products, perfume, etc. Actera's raw materials have the characteristics of high performance, cleanliness and naturalness. These are the decisive factors to promote market innovation, and all of them have passed clinical research and scientific testing, so that customers'products can fully benefit from the effectiveness of their raw materials.
