Shaanxi Coal Group's supply of commercial coal increased by 45.38%

In the first half of this year, Shaanxi Coal Group supplied 5.831 million tons of commodity coal in Chongqing, and completed 117.59% of the schedule, an increase of 45.38% over the same period last year of 1.8208 million tons. In the first half of the year, Shaanxi Coal entered Chongqing and overfulfilled the planned tasks, and set a new record of coal resources in Chongqing, which laid a solid foundation for the completion of the target tasks of the year-round cooperation between Shaanxi and Chongqing.

It is reported that Shaanxi Coal Group has sent 3083,000 tons of coal to the main power plant in Chongqing, accounting for 34% of Chongqing's coal purchases and 47% of the purchased coal, and has become the main power supply force of Chongqing's coal insurance. At the same time, the group has successfully completed the six-year plan task of coal storage in Chongqing Normal. By the end of June, Shaanxi Coal Group had shipped 781,800 tons of coal to Chongqing Normal Coal Storage and completed 105.11% of the schedule. On the other hand, according to the requirements of "Normal Coal Storage Management Measures", Shaanxi Coal Group achieved a target inventory of 400,000 tons by the end of June. By the end of June, the group had stored 401,500 tons of coal in Yuba, 100.37% of the target stock. It has played a positive role in guaranteeing Chongqing's regional coal supply, balancing coal handling, smoothing market fluctuations and stabilizing market prices, and has made a good emergency reserve for the region in summer. It is understood that the cooperation between Shaanxi and Chongqing has gone through four years and taken a solid step. Over the past four years, the two sides have exchanged and communicated closely, constantly innovated cooperation modes, conformed to the laws of market economy, and established and improved institutional mechanisms. Yang Zhaoqian, secretary and chairman of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Coal Group, said, "Over the past four years, the two sides have been standing by faith, complementing each other according to circumstances, achieving win-win results through cooperation, expanding the scope of cooperation, deepening the friendship of cooperation, optimizing the mechanism of cooperation, and reaping full and fruitful results."

With the deepening of energy strategic cooperation between Shaanxi and Chongqing, it has been highly affirmed and supported by the National Development and Reform Commission and provincial and municipal leaders of both sides, and has won praise and recognition within the industry. On April 24 this year, the Chongqing Economic and Information Commission introduced the experience of energy strategic cooperation between Shaanxi and Chongqing on the spot meeting of coal reserve held by the National Development and Reform Commission and the working meeting of the national economic operation and regulation in 2019. On May 16, Chongqing Economic Information Commission and Shaanxi Development and Reform Commission formally signed the Framework Agreement on Strengthening Energy Strategic Cooperation between Shaanxi People's Government of Chongqing People's Government and Shaanxi People's Government on behalf of the provincial and municipal governments of both sides, which indicates that the energy strategic cooperation between Shaanxi and Chongqing will continue to advance in depth. At the later stage, the two sides will work together to promote the energy strategic cooperation between Shaanxi and Chongqing, with the strong leadership and strong support of the two provinces and cities, and strive to build the energy strategic cooperation model between Shaanxi and Chongqing into a model, model and legend of the national energy strategic cooperation. The principal person in charge of Shaanxi Coal Group said that, in light of the actual development situation, the cooperation target should be adjusted in time. In recent years or in two or three years, the total transportation volume of Shaanxi Coal into Chongqing will reach 15 million tons, with coal consumption accounting for one third of Chongqing's total coal consumption and electricity coal consumption accounting for one third of Chongqing's total coal consumption, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win between the two sides.
