More than 20,000 chemical enterprises in 28 cities will stop production.

Recently, an enterprise issued a letter of notification to ensure the blue sky and white clouds during the National Day parade, and all production enterprises north of the Yellow River will stop production and emission reduction from September 1. Customers who need delivery should be ready in advance in August.
Coincidentally, an enterprise in Beijing also issued a notice that it had received notification from the competent authorities at higher levels that all trucks were prohibited from passing through the Sixth Ring Road from August 20 to October 10. On August 20, martial law will be imposed, and the core area will be completely shut down on September 1. Although there are no clear rules at the official level, some enterprises have issued notification letters, which are called the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the better ecological environment and the founding of the People's Republic, and will soon implement measures such as shutdown and production restriction. Nearly two months before the National Day, the dyeing and chemical circle has begun to publicize "chemical production restriction and timely stock-up during the National Day". During the National Day of the past year, in order to celebrate the birthday of dyeing and chemical enterprises shut down for holidays, chemical transport restrictions, so that many enterprises between August and September crazy inventory, in order to prepare for the late National Day enough inventory for production and trading. The celebration has not yet arrived, and the news of production restriction has spread wildly.
As a "stop by hand" production-oriented enterprises, dyeing and chemical enterprises should ensure that the normal operation of enterprises can be maintained every quarter of production and sales. Stopping production and limiting production are the most concerned problems of chemical enterprises.
On August 8, the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Emergency Emission Reduction Measures in Response to Heavily Polluted Weather issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (click on this link for details) have recently been sent to the Department of Ecology and Environment of 7 provinces (municipalities) such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong, Henan and Shaanxi. At present, the relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Ecological Environment are conducting relevant research and guidance to local governments. The Opinion defines performance classification indicators and differential emergency emission reduction measures for 15 industries, such as steel, coking, casting, glass, petrochemical, dyeing and finishing.
