The Added Value of Chemical Raw Materials And Products Manufacturing in April Fell by 0.6% Year-on-year
According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on May 16, in April, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size fell by 2.9% year-on-year and 7.08% month-on-month. Among them, the added value of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry decreased by 0.6% year-on-year.
In terms of three categories, in April, the added value of the mining industry increased by 9.5% year-on-year; the manufacturing industry fell by 4.6%; the production and supply of electricity, heat, gas and water increased by 1.5%.
In terms of economic types, in April, the added value of state-controlled enterprises decreased by 2.9% year-on-year; joint-stock enterprises increased by 0.5%, foreign-invested enterprises, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-invested enterprises decreased by 16.1%; private enterprises decreased by 1.1%.
In terms of industries, in April, the added value of 18 of the 41 major industries maintained a year-on-year growth. Among them, the coal mining and washing industry increased by 13.2%, the oil and natural gas mining industry increased by 7.2%, the agricultural and sideline food processing industry decreased by 0.1%, the wine, beverage and refined tea manufacturing industry increased by 0.5%, the textile industry decreased by 6.3%, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry decreased by 0.6%, non-metallic mineral products industry decreased by 6.2%, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry decreased by 4.2%, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry increased by 1.4%, general equipment manufacturing industry decreased by 15.8%, special equipment Manufacturing decreased by 5.5%, automobile manufacturing decreased by 31.8%, railway, ship, aerospace and other transportation equipment manufacturing decreased by 6.0%, electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing increased by 1.6%, computer, communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing increased by 4.9% %, and the electricity and heat production and supply industry increased by 0.9%.
In terms of products, in April, the output of 169 of the 617 products increased year-on-year. 114.83 million tons of steel, down 5.8% year-on-year; 194.71 million tons of cement, down 18.9%; 5.53 million tons of ten non-ferrous metals, up 0.3%; 2.18 million tons of ethylene, down 1.3%; 1.282 million automobiles, down 43.5%, of which , 330,000 new energy vehicles, an increase of 42.2%; power generation of 608.6 billion kwh, a decrease of 4.3%; crude oil processing volume of 51.81 million tons, a decrease of 10.5%.
Data show that in April, the product sales rate of industrial enterprises was 96.3%, a year-on-year decrease of 1.9 percentage points; the export delivery value of industrial enterprises was 1,144.1 billion yuan, a nominal decrease of 1.9% year-on-year.
From January to April, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 4.0% year-on-year in real terms. Among them, the added value of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry increased by 3.3% year-on-year.
